Sometimes you only realize at home whether the size, color, and feel are truly right. That's why we deliberately give you more time: If your PAZE Loop remains unused and doesn't suit you, you can return it within 100 days.

This way, you can order without pressure, examine your Loop at your leisure, and then decide whether it stays with you.

How Returns Work

1. Order: Choose your size and color in the shop.
2. Examine: Take your time to look at your PAZE Loop. Please note: The return policy applies to unused products.
3. Return: If it doesn't fit, contact us within 100 days. We will explain the next steps clearly and simply.

What Does "Unused" Mean?

The Loop should be returned to us clean, complete, and without signs of wear. This ensures the return process remains fair and transparent.

If everything fits, you keep your PAZE Loop. If not, you'll get your money back for a valid return.
