2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through our online shop at pazeathletic.com.

3. Contracting party and conclusion of the contract

The purchase contract is concluded with ZAB Ecom UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for those products. You may initially add products to your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting the order.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after submitting your order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.

Shipping charges may apply in addition to the displayed prices. These are shown separately during checkout.

Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery and shipping

We deliver to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days within Germany, unless otherwise stated for the product.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you promptly.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please see our withdrawal policy for details.

8. Statutory rights for defective goods and liability

Statutory rights in respect of defective goods apply.

We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or our agents in the event of:

• injury to life, body or health;
• intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Other claims for damages are excluded.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs and logos, is protected by copyright. Use without our express consent is not permitted.

10. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
