Right of withdrawal and returns

Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email:

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Our voluntary 100-day return policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you have 100 days from receipt to request a return of your unused PAZE product. Email info@pazeathletic.com with your order number for the next steps.

Products must be returned clean, complete and without signs of use. This is not a running trial. Once we have checked a qualifying return, we will refund the purchase price. You bear the return shipping costs.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and rights in respect of defective goods remain unaffected. The unused condition applies to the voluntary extended return policy, not to a restriction of your statutory rights.
